@OrlandoOpinion This is first and foremost a supply and demand problem. More housing is needed. But it’s also important that new housing is built near employment centers and with good access to transportation options, both of which are key components to affordability. 1/3
@OrlandoOpinion Central Florida needs to do a better job building housing near SunRail stations (Poinciana, Meadow Woods, Sand Lake, Altamonte), extending SunRail east-west to connect to jobs, and running SunRail 7 days/week because not everyone works M-F, 9-5. 2/3
