Having employees go back to the office to still have meetings on Zoom and do work that they’ve already shown they can do remotely is absurd.

@callmedollar Middle Management HELL…virtual meetings and work chats are more frequent since 2020. It’s made them lazy, anxious and annoying. I agree.
@callmedollar Organizations should really consider adopting a hybrid system if they don't want to go fully remote🙌
@callmedollar I agree. I hope my employers see it this way. My dept has been home since March 2020 but the company still hasn’t confirmed if we will stay at home permanently.
@callmedollar What COVID proved that people can work independently WITHOUT middle management. People - whose only job was to manage other people, found themselves sh** out of luck. Those are the ones who are wanting us all to go back in for no real reason other than their job security.
@callmedollar I’ve been back since July. We had to wfh for almost a month when omicron hit. We are now back in the office and it’s as terrible as I remembered it being. Mind you midtown Manhattan is a ghost town but we here. 🙄
