My story isn’t an exciting one. I came out in 2003 after figuring out who I was in high school. I always feared that I couldn’t work pro sports. But my sexuality has never been an issue & have the most supportive coworkers, family, and friends. (1/?) #NationalComingOutDay
But it’s not that way for everyone. Some have families who do not accept them for who they are or are fearful of being fired. At the end of the day, if someone doesn’t like you for who you are, you don’t need that in your life (2/?)
For those who struggle with this, know you are loved and there is a family for you. Chase your dreams. Never hide who you are. I didn’t. And never will. (3/?) 💙💚💛🧡❤️💜🖤🤎🤍
@ggreensiu You are too kind Gene. Great to see you as well. Also great to see the Dawgs rolling. Keep up the great work on the air. Love listening to you and Reis on game days.
