Trying to change an Indian parent's mind about the health benefits of meat and protein is INSANELY hard. This is a common issue I hear amongst my Indian followers. The best approach I have found is to show rather than tell.

My wife passed away tonight, just three months after she was diagnosed with aggressive small cell lung cancer that had spread to her liver and bones. She is no longer in pain, and for that, I am thankful. 52 years together is not long enough, but I will find her again!

@DennisDemori It’s completely insane. If we’re going to obsess over numbers, let it be lean mass and body fat %. It’s nearly impossible for most men who aren’t very tall to be lean and fit at 200 pounds without PEDs.
