@drvolts Just so we're agreed - a high *ratio* of public EV charging points to registered EVs does not mean EV charging in a state is "accessible." Those EV charging spots may be located great distances apart from each other, or from drivers entering the state.
@drvolts I think it's something not intuitive like Hawaii and California don't have a great ratio because they have such high EV adoption. I was looking at this a few months ago.
