@gosleepsofie Reason why I enjoy the company of friends that can get me out of my head.
@gosleepsofie Yeah. Best remedy for that is to do something physical. Ground yourself. Do some stretching, some exercise. A light jog or something to deepen your breath. Even working with your hands is a grounding experience. Anything to get the feeling back in our bodies and less in our heads
