@jamaliki1998 @jgreener64 That is so cool! I wonder if a similar approach could be used to search for uncharacterized map densities. Map -> graph -> similarity from protein domains. That would enable a solid method for searching uncharacterized densities in lower-resolution #cryoem maps.
