@NicholasDi9792 @RutgersAltRoute It is so hard to find professional development topics that apply to everyone but I think this is a great foundation. A flexible mindset is necessary no matter what you teach. It helps maintain patience and professionalism for your students and the staff. #TeacherEd #SpecialEd
@Heather1124396 @RutgersAltRoute Yes, so important to have the resources to respond to what the students obviously need. The training, the setting and the services are so important. #TeacherEd #SpecialEd
@bananasbri @RutgersAltRoute I like that you take the initiative beyond what the school requires for professional development for you to learn. Your students are fortunate! #TeacherEd #SpecialEd

@JayZonday @RutgersAltRoute I find the same thing. They also become so reliant on them that you have to set up a plan to extinguish their dependence on it. You must strike the right balance. #TeacherEd #SpecialEd
@rowezy @RutgersAltRoute I agree. Being able to quickly assess what is working and what is not is crucial. Being able to figure out what to try next is tricky but the results are amazing once you find the right accommodation. #TeacherEd #SpecialEd
