4/? It's also a "cheat" for identifying Quality/Satisfying content. As these tend to be subject, and vary based on topic and audience - feature detection is a nightmare. But you know what's not? Spotting people that ditch pages. Lots of people. Consistently. >>>

2/? As far as we are aware, in most cases; NO - it is not new NO - it is not instant NO - it is not page specific NO - it is not applied to everything For starters - G have used SERP Behaviour for a long time, to help identify "types" of content that please users, or not! >>>
1/? :: User Experience is important for #SEO :: You've got to love how some people (inc. "names") jump on this ... after 10+ years. The worst part is - we're now going to get a whole slew of new myths and BS about it! >>>
6/? Don't go believing BS such as: 404's are bad UX 404's themselves aren't bad. They are perfectly normal/acceptable - if intended. They are only a worry if they are accidentally present (such as you've failed to apply a proper 301/308 etc.). >>>
7/? So apply a bit of logic/thought before believing all that you read (such as non-indexable pages in a sitemap - seriously, HTF is that a User Experience issue?) Spend a minute or two thinking it through, acting out being a user, and deciding if it would impact you. >>>
8/? Then spend another minute on it, asking if it's significant enough to drive you away, say, back to a SERP, and click another listing. Then a little more, on whether G can spot it, (via rendering, or telemetry from Chrome!) If "no", I wouldn't worry about it!

Our mental model of SEO has been wrong all along. After reading the internal documents publicized in Google's current anti-trust lawsuit, it seems that user signals play a much larger role than we previously thought (at least until a few years ago).
1) Create a new audience in GA4 with one or more conditions (like visiting your website via newsletter, watching a video for at least 5 minutes, etc.). 2) Create an audience trigger that logs an event when a user becomes a member of this audience. 3) Mark the event as conv.!
