An author of the federal HIPAA privacy law told IndyStar that Bernard didn't commit any violations. indystar.com/story/news/loc…
@indystar I’m voting for anyone running against Rokita in 2024.
@indystar She kills babies and we gonna argue about some privacy laws. She's a cold blooded killer
@indystar Doctors, esp OB/GYNS are leaving red states and medical students are avoiding them like a plague. Red states will be without professional healthcare providers because of these radical right wing “Christian” laws being passed. Who will replace them? Or qualified teachers.
@indystar Dr Bernard and her staff gave my daughter excellent medical care in the most professional and compassionate way! #IStandWithDrBernard
@indystar This expert said otherwise. govinfosecurity.com/authors/andrew…
@indystar Rokita wasted our money away on outside council to get a petty fine that will be overturned when she inevitably wins her appeal—which he’ll waste more of our money on.
@indystar Then we expect Methodist not to breathe a word about any injured race car driver because we will be able to discern whom they are speaking about even if private info is withheld. Ditto for any hospital treating mass casualty victims. No more updates.
@indystar This is what we call "cope" from @indystarJohnny and @CarloniBrittany. Dr. Bernard violated patient privacy by giving enough patient case detail to a journalist to where they were able to track exactly who the patient was. Not one mention of Andrew Mahler who testified.
