@kylegriffin1 This is a good first step. They should have their discharge changed to honorable. I got my honorable discharge in 1979 from the Navy (10 years) and some jobs take exception to other than honorable.
@kylegriffin1 Being openly LGBTQ is considered "other than honorable" by our military? Perhaps the military needs to be educated about what is honorable, because telling a LGBTQ person they cannot serve their country lacks any semblance of honor.
