Stephen Colbert tonight has clip of Stevie Wonder outraged about voting rights. "Any Senator who cannot support protection of voting rights cannot say they support Constitution. Stop the hypocrisy. Cut the bull tish." When even Stevie Wonder can see through the bull "tish."
@leftcoastbabe So glad to see that FINALLY some celebrities are speaking up. It’s their democracy (and way of life) at stake as well! Thank you, Stevie Wonder!
@leftcoastbabe Yikes. I would have left that last part out. It's problematic.
@leftcoastbabe As a deaf person we can smell it too.
@leftcoastbabe It was good! I saw it when it happened.

@leftcoastbabe @Susanarosanada2 And @sullydish will be really upset. 🤷🏼
@leftcoastbabe Just me that thinks "even Stevie Wonder can see.." is not the very best place to take this? And yes, I do know SW has made gags based around his blindness in the past.
@leftcoastbabe It may not be the most democratic way to get the word out but we need more high-visibility people like Stevie, celebrities for whom many have respect, to be more vocal about something this basic. Clearly, Repubs aren't listening to the common man. Who really does have more votes.
