Attempt #1 at making Egg rolls that match the style of the ones I'd get back in Buffalo. Wrapper is the wrong type (even though package said egg roll). Getting some better ones for next experiment batch. Filling just about nailed the texture I want though. Super happy.

Also, for anyone who wonders, Egg rolls and Spring rolls are different things. Egg rolls are specifically a chinese-american thing. The wrapper is thicker. The roll itself is much thicker, and the filling is different.
