All you need to know about DC culture is that the moral weakness of Romney, Collins, Murkowski, Manchin and Sinema on voting rights is portrayed as strength and Democrats fighting to protect these rights are mocked.
@sjdemas Tell me one person who hasn't voted that wanted to vote?
@2HalloweenStore @sjdemas Just looking at vote by mail, and just looking at ballots that were rejected because the signatures didn't exactly match, you're looking at over 150,000. You asked that question without knowing the answer, didn't you? Not the greatest tactic. thehill.com/opinion/civil-…
@beyond_process @sjdemas Thanks for proving my point. You answered my question without thinking first. Not the best tactic. The fiasco of mass mailing ballots created that problem. Voting should be done in person with ID. Simple as that, just like it was done before.
@2HalloweenStore @sjdemas When? Name a year when absentee voting didn't happen in Michigan in your lifetime. I'll wait.
@beyond_process @sjdemas I never said absentee voting never happen. But it was only at the request of the person if they were out of state, not mobile, or in the service. The mass majority was in person, the way it should be. I would be in favor of making that day a national holiday to make voting easier
@2HalloweenStore @beyond_process @sjdemas This is absurd… there is no ‘threshold’ at which point all of a sudden ‘good’ absentee turns to ‘bad’ absentee. I mean I get that ‘bad’ absentee for you is when Democrats vote but it doesn’t work that way.
