@nytimes No elves or reindeer were harmed in the making of any window displays. However, there may have been the abuse of some leftover leprechauns from St. Patrick’s Day.

@nytimes I still have "warm and fuzzy" memories of the holiday windows in New York. However, the best ones were in Boston done by Jordan Marsh from 1956 to 1961 when I lived there.
