The partial demolition of 188 Cannon Street East has been done without a permit, reports @CHCHNews. City Hall has issued a stop work order. We'll see if City Hall actually levies meaningful fines for a change. #yhmcc #HamOnt

@JoeyColeman We always get suspicious when a proponent talks big but doesn’t want to write any commitments down. Unfortunately another failed opportunity to preserve affordability in downtown #HamOnt, but an era we have hopefully left behind.
