Call me a radical lefty, but I think it should be easier to get a life-saving abortion than a deadly assault rifle.
@TimRunsHisMouth @RBReich Not in some southern states, it isn't.
@6to_Cortes @TimRunsHisMouth @RBReich Name a single State you can legally purchase an "Assault Riffle". Name one. Getting one off the black market that crossed the wide open border with drugs and human trafficking isn't legal.
@JimNordren @6to_Cortes @TimRunsHisMouth @RBReich If you're using the military's definition of assault rifle, then only people with a type 3 ATF license can own one. And if you DO have a type 3 license, then the ATF can come inspect your things at anytime without warning or warrant. So most people just get semis instead.
@mperry80387 @JimNordren @6to_Cortes @TimRunsHisMouth @RBReich Anyone can own an assault rifle by definition as long as they can pass a background check, live in a state that allows them and can afford them.
@Malinois_Mila @mperry80387 @JimNordren @6to_Cortes @TimRunsHisMouth @RBReich An AR isn't an assault weapon by definition. AR is the brand name, now being used generically. Of course, some many definitions have changed recently to fit a narrative.
