@paff_steven @mellydal @POTUS Nato is unified again. Our European allies are happy to have a dependable and non volatile white house again. Russia is weaker, China is weaker. US economy extremely strong. He is not a joke, but rather a real pain in the ass to the countries who would see us fail
@hotelbraavos @mellydal @POTUS You can thank Putin for unifying NATO, the Chinese people for standing up to their government, and who else are you attempting to suggest he is being a PITA to? Certainly not Iran after begging them for oil.
@paff_steven @mellydal @POTUS The US is the face of NATO. USA providing major arms and Intel to Ukraine. US involvement is why our allies are helping too and increasing military budgets Biden actually has not reversed much if any of the trump china trade war orders and has expanded them in a critical areas
@hotelbraavos @mellydal @POTUS The EU lead and the Biden administration followed their lead. Of course we are spending the most, when don't we. Yet we have homeless veterans here at home with vast needs. The fact you see these things as a good thing is sad.
@paff_steven @mellydal @POTUS The US does not follow EU lead in NATO. The Finnish PM even recently said Europe is too reliant on the US. Of course we still have domestic issues, but you being upset that the US is helping another country is also sad. Russia is coming serious war crimes
@hotelbraavos @mellydal @POTUS Tell me who were the first countries that stopped accepting Russian oil? I can tell you it was NOT the US. We followed their lead. We also followed their lead with sanctions. NATO is only dependent on the US for military might. I recall someone else saying they need to stepup
@paff_steven @mellydal @POTUS NATO is only dependent on the US for it's military? Well howdie doo, that's pretty much the whole point of NATO. It is a military alliance after all....
@hotelbraavos @mellydal @POTUS So, you are agreeing that the US is no longer in a leadership role.
@paff_steven @mellydal @POTUS Uh. No... Being the leading military power in a military alliance is a good sign the US is still the leader of the alliance...
@hotelbraavos @mellydal @POTUS I can't help but shake my head. What you are suggesting is, a strong person with an IQ of 80, is a better leader over a weaker person with an IQ of 140. It makes me think you fit the leader position in your scenario.
