@thekitze What's funny to me is the frameworks they're calling "full-stack" only have half of the stack as well. They drop you off the network cliff and say: "We can send the browser HTML!" Where's all the stuff you need for the modern user expectations of a client-side app!? 😆
@thekitze @kentcdodds Honestly though, Rails, Laravel, Django don't do a thing for the frontend. They give you an HTML page and say "good luck!" All those pieces that person mentions in their comment (ORM, background jobs, etc.) those are all what I traditionally think of as the "backend"
