I spent hours trying to convince a really smart lady to pursue this goal and that job and that contract and... She looked at me and said, "No. I think I am happier having just enough. The cost of chasing those goals may make me less happy." What an interesting perspective...

She's right though. We all need to define our "enough".

@tayooye In French, happy is translated as "content". At some point, we need to draw the line where we are content enough with what we have, maybe then we'd be genuinely happy. Bless her heart.
