Who is the greatest military leader in American history (besides George Washington)? Why?

@touchyterrapin General Frank Miller, III Corps, Fort Sill, 1991. I flew him out to Altus AFB to personally see EVERY SINGLE soldier leave Fort Sill for Desert Storm, and to personally see EVERY SINGLE soldier return. He was there when I got back, and I saluted, then hugged him.
