@kenreid59 Thanks for your comments! @visionary_uk is the umbrella organisation for the UK, and much of the information we publicise is also relevant for people with sight loss outside Wales.
I got a sneaky look at these tips and we did this! In the middle of GCSE English Revision we took a slightly longer lunchtime, we drank water, had a nice lunch together and played the radio really loud ( although we have different opinions on radio choice)
Some great advice from @MHScot. Stress is exhausting. Please don’t dismiss it and ignore the physical and emotional signs of stress. If you're feeling stressed be sure to take regular breaks and speak to someone about how you are feeling. #StressAwarenessMonth
