Nasdaq, world’s second-largest exchange, is now pursuing full stock & ETF tokenization… And Vanguard is still blocking client access to spot btc & eth ETFs.
“Last Friday, Eightco was $4.4mil company. On Monday, it closed w/ implied market value of $8.5bil”… That’s $4.4 *million* → $8.5 *billion* Basically overnight. If someone were pitching this as a movie, script would be tossed in trash for ridiculousness. “Scan the irises”
Importantly, Nasdaq says tokenized security would have "same material rights & privileges as does a share of an equivalent class of the traditional security"...
*Nasdaq* files w/ SEC to allow trading of tokenized equity securities & ETFs... I remember when I was told crypto was a scam.

Milestone today… First ever tokenization of an SEC-registered stock on Solana. “These are not derivatives or representations; they are Galaxy Digital Class A Common Stock, with all the rights that confers.” Can’t overemphasize how fast securities tokenization is progressing.
Joint statement from SEC & CFTC today on trading of spot crypto assets… Main takeaway? Crypto trading going mainstream. Will be on world’s largest venues. Think NYSE, Nasdaq, etc. Next stop after that? Every major traditional brokerage. I know you're paying attention now.
