A Democrat running for the U.S. Senate in Michigan just argued that Americans should have the right to own muskets. Because that's what the Founders had. And the audience laughed. But here's what makes this interesting. The Supreme Court already rejected that argument in 2008. In District of Columbia v. Heller, the Court said the Second Amendment isn't limited to weapons that existed in the 18th century. And here's the irony. He made this argument into a wireless microphone. While being recorded on a smartphone. For people to watch on the internet. None of which existed in 1791. Yet nobody thinks the First Amendment only protects speech written with a quill pen. So why would the Second Amendment stop at muskets? Here's my question: If constitutional rights only protected technology available when they were written, would that logic apply to free speech and privacy too? Or should the Second Amendment be treated differently? Tell me why.

Softest uniform in NFL history.

5 SIGNS YOU’VE BEEN GUARDED FROM BIRTH Some souls arrive already claimed. Not by chance, but by something older and quieter than fate. If you’ve ever felt the strange certainty that danger missed you by design, these are the marks of being guarded from the first breath. 1. The near-misses that feel intentional
You have walked away from wrecks, falls, or sudden violence with an almost eerie calm. The timing was too precise. Something shifted the outcome at the last second, as if a hand you couldn’t see closed the distance between you and harm. 2. Warnings that arrive before thought
A sudden pull in the chest, a dream that stays heavy the next day, or an instinct that turns you away from a person or place just in time. These are not anxiety. They are the language of whatever has been watching since you crossed the threshold. 3. The invisible boundary around you
In rooms full of people who drain or wound others, you remain strangely untouched. Conflict softens when it reaches you, or turns aside. Those who mean harm often lose interest, forget, or hesitate without knowing why. A quiet perimeter was set before you learned the word “safe.” 4. Recurring symbols of protection in the unseen
Wings, shields, light, or ancestral faces appear in dreams, meditations, or moments of crisis. These are not random. They are signatures left by what claimed you early—guides, watchers, or the lineage itself—reminding you the contract still holds. 5. A life that keeps returning you to the living
When others would have been taken, you were delayed, redirected, or held. Illnesses that should have ended you instead became thresholds. Paths that should have closed stayed open just long enough. You were not merely lucky. You were kept. If these signs live in you, you were not left unattended at the beginning. Something older than your name decided you would remain. The guarding continues.

🚨 NEW: Kaylub Giamanco, the HERO father who TOOK OUT the Bend, Oregon elementary school shooter last week, tells the story for the first time "I started hearing children PLEADING for their lives. And then I started hearing gunfire and I just started army crawling faster and faster. And I told myself, this is probably the last thing that I'm ever going to do." "I have to go in. People are going to die." "I crawled through the bottom window that was shot out and continued onto the rug inside where there's a little breezeway with stairs." "And then the special needs classroom was to my left. At that point, I was on the ground on my hands and knees. I re-racked my weapon to make sure that a live round came so that I knew that I was ready to go." "And then I peeked through the window. And at this point I found my opportunity. And I'd seen a teacher on the left struggling with the gunman on the right with the rifle." "And I knew that they were on both sides of me, and I knew that he did not know that I was there. And so at that point I swung the door out and open and I stepped in and I fired." This man deserves the Presidential Medal of FREEDOM! 🇺🇸

Beautiful uniform. The Dolphins need to ditch their current primary uniforms and bring their old logo, striping and colors. I'm not locked into a specific past uniform set, just something from the 80s or 90s that brings all these elements back.

I once met a meditation master who said: "Your mind never actually stops. It just fills every gap you fail to notice." This is the 10 second fix:

Buy more ammo. Buy more guns.

Trump should direct the DOE to build six oil refineries on U.S. Govt property, with around the clock construction schedules, and waive all permitting requirements. They should be built regionally around the country so they can provide a supply of gasoline and diesel into the economy. If private industry cannot meet the need, then the gasoline production industry needs to be treated no differently than other public utilities.

America has a gun With (very few) apologies to Brian Bilston England is CCTV. France, a cop with lock and key. Greece, once free, now bends the knee. But, America has a gun. Sweden jails the ones who fight. Germany fines bad words at night. Spain forbids the wrong to write. But, America has a gun. Holland fines what words you say. Canada takes your knives away. Australia says, "you must Obey." While America has a gun. Japan will bow and not resist. Scotland bans what they won’t miss. Freedom bleeds, but still exists Because America has a gun. Better risk the fatal cost Than find that liberty was lost. The price is high, The fight, embossed Because America has a gun.

I'd like to nominate Stephen Miller for White House Press Secretary. Watching him eviscerate fake news talking heads everyday would only help heal the nation. Can I get a second?

They are going to try to bury this story because it doesn't fit the narrative. Don't let them. This father rushed into the school and within 2 minutes had eliminated the murderer. This story is a lesson and it cannot be forgotten

We are the “stuff” that God is, and God is the “stuff” that we are, that much is true—but God is the sum total of all the “stuff” that exists, while we are a single individuation, a particular expression, of it.

At this point I’m 90% sure Elon already built the Iron Man suit and is just testing the flight software on a Roadster first.

The Naturalization Act of 1795 added a requirement that applicants for citizenship declare an intention to renounce foreign allegiance and, at naturalization, “absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty.”
