Mass transit is a lifeline for Pennsylvanians, but Senate Republicans still refused a deal to fund SEPTA. Now, the Governor may be able to "flex" federal funds to help plug the gap in SEPTA’s budget. I believe we should use any power we have to avoid fare hikes and service cuts.

Car-free infrastructure can look empty relative to roads full of cars, but that's often because cars are so big and loud they're hard to miss. In this image there are more pedestrians and cyclists on the trail than cars on the equal length of highway across the river.
