30 is so so young, incredibly young. You might as well be a caterpillar just escaping metamorphosis, about to take flight. However, paradoxically, 22 is very, very old ā indescribably old. Youāre washed. Itās over for you. Your ships have long sailed. Give it up.
Underrated life hack: Being boring in the right ways. Go to bed early. Wake up early. Eat simple foods. Save money. Exercise. Read old books. Avoid drama. These arenāt flashy, but the ordinary will compound into a life that feels extraordinary. Boring is seriously underrated.
If youāre consistently helping everybody, at some point people stop seeing you as a person with your own needs & struggles. They start to see you as a machine to push a button & extract their own needs from only. Itās worse than entitlement, itās dehumanizing.
