@wendelabel @AirCanada Yes I found out when coming back home. They said it's the Jamaican government policy. Also said I was allowed two checked luggage if I was traveling to Montego Bay.

Today is the 16th i’ve yet to receive any checks. Today is your self imposed deadline for my flight last august. I’m honestly not surprised since you never were able to provide any tracking number(s) for the check. @Iberia

Con @Iberia he vuelto a las tarjetas de embarque físicas y al paso por mostrador. Ya no me fío. Un atraso en toda regla. Iberia es mi última opciónpara volar ya. Sólo cuando no hay posibilidad de volar con otra compañía.

Really unimpressed with @British_Airways’ customer relations via bots. They seem to have made it impossible to speak to a human when things go wrong. Bots just give the same response - can’t cope when things don’t match the script. How many hours of human life are they wasting?

@British_Airways Tried that twice and I get the same issue - is it the BA don’t want to accept complaints as they do seem to make it difficult to file them. How about giving me an email address that I can send it to and I am guaranteed a response!
