My heart breaks💔The staff member who gave George a ride back to the pits yesterday was interviewed about what happened. He said that when he went over to George, he told him, “It’s okay, bro. You can do better next time.” George just kept his head down. Even after he got on the bike, he was still sitting there with his head hanging, so the staff member thought he should take the long way back, give George a bit more time to calm down and cool off, and ride slowly back to the rear of the pits. When asked whether George had held onto his waist, he said no. He said George just looked completely drained, like he was trying to hold himself together and hold back tears, and didn’t even seem to know what to do with his hands. Huge respect to this staff member. The kindness of a complete stranger showed George more care than some people in his own team did.

malaysia / sepang KNOWS how to handle the crowd. they’ve been handling motogp for years BIC decided to close all roads and make Mitsuo/KLIA the entrance and exit gate for all spectators so no one can order or book anything from the circuit. thats what make it hell.

My babah told me since young how this Queen treats her husband.. and i remembered it until this day.. Babah jumpa Tun M masa tu still PM dekat masjid nk sembayang jumaat.. dia hairan awt baju Tun selekeh and kedut2 so dia pi tnya.. Tun kata Tun Hasmah xdak (dekat rumah), sbb pegi work trip.. Tun amek ja baju mana2.. Abah ku hairan.. Dia pi tnya polis yang jaga Tun, turns out Tun Hasmah yang letakkan baju everyday untuk Tun pakai, because to her, her husband only job is to think about the country.. Pasal hal rumah and anak2 Tun Hasmah yang urus until benda sekecil2 baju Tun M nak pakai apa.. Aku xsempurna as a wife but to have arwah’s mind set.. no wonder her husband is a great PM.. Al Fatihah -Kenangan my babah with Tun.. ❤️-

Long before she became known as the woman beside a Prime Minister, a young Hasmah Mohd Ali of Klang dreamt of becoming a journalist. But life took her down a different path, and the young lady who would eventually become known as Tun Dr Siti Hasmah would instead go on to make

𝗔 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦 I cried when I heard that Tun Dr Siti Hasmah had passed away. I didn’t expect to, and for a moment I couldn’t quite explain why. I was a teenager when Tun Mahathir first became Prime Minister in the 1980s. For so many of us, he and Tun Siti Hasmah were there throughout our growing-up years. We saw them so often that they felt almost like the uncle and auntie every Malaysian family knew. My feelings about Tun Mahathir have changed over the years. There are things I strongly disagree with, and I don’t need to set those feelings aside to mourn his wife. But I remember the younger me who looked up to them both. Perhaps part of what I’m grieving today is that younger me, and the Malaysia I remember from those years. Tun Siti Hasmah was a familiar presence in our lives for such a long time. Hearing that she is gone feels like losing someone from a chapter of my own life. My condolences to Tun Mahathir, their children and the whole family. I don’t know how the old man will cope without her. I’ll be praying for him.

Al-Fatihah.
