झारखंड आंदोलन के योद्धा, झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के कद्दावर नेता एवं पसमांदा समुदाय की मजबूत आवाज़ मरहूम प्रोफेसर अबू तालिब अंसारी साहब की यौमे विलादत पर हम खिराज-ए-अक़ीदत पेश करते हैं। अंसारी साहब ने झारखंड आंदोलन में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया,
जनाब अमानत अली अंसारी जी को उनके 101वें जन्मदिवस पर हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएँ। अंसारी साहब ने स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन से लेकर झारखंड आंदोलन तक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। वे सदा मोमिन आंदोलन से जुड़े रहे और मुस्लिम लीग की सांप्रदायिक नीतियों व द्विराष्ट्र सिद्धान्त के प्रबल

The idea of Hindu-Muslim unity, often celebrated as "Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb," has mostly been a project of the privileged—Savarna Hindus and Ashraf Muslims. Their version of secularism wasn’t really about equality; it was a way for the elite to keep their grip on power.
Democratization within Muslim society is very necessary and is the need of the hour. A caste census among Muslims will play an important role in achieving this. It is absolutely unfair to forcibly include Dalit Muslims in the OBC category;
The Sanghis want to turn India into a Hindu Rashtra, while the Mushanghis seek to establish an Islamic State. In both states, the Bahujan-Pasmanda would remain mere foot soldiers. The Sanghis and Mushanghis coexisted during the 331-year Mughal era (1526–1857), a period marked by

Caste is a reality in South Asia, regardless of religion. Upper castes dominate every faith, monopolizing resources that rightfully belong to lower castes. The Bahujan and Pasmanda communities can never achieve justice on the Savarna-Ashraf religious platform.
In 2008, Mayawati Ji demanded reservations for Dalit Muslims and Dalit Christians at a rally in Bihar. Earlier, in 2007, she had written a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, urging the inclusion of Dalit Muslims and Dalit Christians in the Scheduled Caste (SC) list.

Not all Muslims supported the creation of Pakistan, but the majority of the Ashraf (elite Muslims) favored it, while the majority of Pasmandas (marginalized Muslims) opposed it. However, some Pasmandas did migrate to Pakistan, just as some Ashraf chose to remain in India.
