Nope! Femme as a wlw identity predates the words bisexual + pansexual. It was popularized when all wlw were boxed into the word lesbian so the distinctions we have today weren’t part of LBTQ+ culture for it to suddenly be exclusive to people with zero attraction to men.

Femme is from the 1950’s. LGB didn’t separate bisexuality until 1988 so everything prior to that says ‘lesbian’ to signify the entire group of wlw. We have to be mindful of bi erasure when we look at our history too. Bless xx
