Nigerians, HERE IS THE GIST:
Mrs. OluRemi Tinubu is supporting her fellow RCCG pastor, Dayo Israel, who is the current National Youth Leader of the APC. However, Seyi Tinubu prefers Ayodele Olawande, the current Minister of Youth Development.
Rumors suggest that many within the party are dissatisfied with Dayo, claiming he flies private jets & "eats alone." Nevertheless, Remi serves as his "Mother in the Lord," & Pastor Adeboye is their "Father in the Lord” & General Overseer.
A massive budget is at stake here. They are reportedly clashing over who will control the Structure of the Youth Directorate of the youth wing, specifically the big budget allocated for media war, data boys, & ‘Ronu’ miscreants.
Dayo Israel ran to his mommy in the Lord behind Seyi’s back, which was a betrayal of trust on his part. He complained to mommy that Simba (Seyi) was about to take milk & honey from his mouth. Seyi considers Dayo unfit, disloyal, & surplus to requirements.
Minister Ayodele Olawande is loyal & better suited for Seyi’s vision in the Youth Directorate. As a result, a cold war is raging; in this case, politics is mixing with religion in a family feud.
Remi is a politician; in fact, she is your de facto president. Seyi is trying to exert his influence on the youth structure; an extension of the City Boys. But he is still a baby in the game.
Remi is an old horse. Seyi has much to learn.
There is more crisis inside the APC than the pressure from opposition. There are crises in Osun (Adeleke Vs Oyetola). There are crises in Kwara, Saraki’s Otoge Vs AbdulRahman.
Then the crises between (Nwifuru-Hope Uzodinma Vs Wike’s Rainbow Coalition).
Remember that the money they are fighting over—could have otherwise provided some type of relief to struggling Nigerians. While they play ping-pong with your destinies, people will suffer what they must. 'Let them eat cake!'"

Bola @officialABAT, your campaign spokesman has admitted that ministers paid billions in bribes to secure their appointments. You appointed them, so who received the money? Nigerians deserve names, not silence.
Your government’s reckless decisions have driven the cost-of-living crisis. And when you withhold funds from ministries because you distrust your own ministers, Nigerians are left paying for a government that has abandoned them. -AA

EPISODE 15: AI, Critical Thinking, and the Future of Human Intelligence with Amos Tarfa
In this episode of Future Proof, we sit down with Amos Tarfa — "Amos the Math Guy," Nigerian-American educator and founder of Counting to Calculus — to ask the question every parent, teacher, and professional should be wrestling with: as AI gets smarter, are we getting lazier thinkers? Amos unpacks why critical thinking, not just access to information, is the skill that will separate those who thrive in the AI era from those left behind, what's quietly lost when we outsource reasoning to machines, and how parents and educators can raise a generation that can think alongside AI instead of being replaced by it. A sharp, timely conversation on what it takes to stay sharp, stay curious, and stay human in an age of artificial intelligence.

Title - Episode 63: AI - Optimized Digital Transformation, The 7 Steps Approach.
What happens when a finance director can build the dashboard instead of waiting three weeks for someone else to build it?
Toks Shopeju has spent about twenty years turning raw operational data into decisions — as a field engineer, then in real-time operations centres, then as an enterprise solutions architect across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Dubai, India and Nigeria. Avanade. IHS Markit. Toyota. 3M. Walmart. Amazon.
This month he built and delivered a two-day executive programme, Data Analytics, Cloud and AI for Finance Professionals, for CFA Society Nigeria, hosted at Lagos Business School. Around 300 slides. Ten modules. A cohort of CFA-credentialled finance professionals. A fictional case company — Lagos Manufacturing Plc — and datasets he deliberately seeded with real data-quality defects, because clean numbers teach nobody anything.
At the centre of it is a seven-step process he argues works in any industry: identify source → validate → ETL to database → master warehouse → curate data → build reports → and then the subject-matter expert decides.
That seventh step is where this conversation gets interesting. Toks puts human judgement at the end of the process, not the beginning. So we asked him the obvious question: what stops step seven becoming a rubber stamp on whatever the dashboard already said?
In this episode:
▸ Why he teaches with broken data on purpose — and what the room got wrong most often
▸ The real cost of executives approving data and AI investments they've never touched
▸ Where the seven steps break down, in his own words
▸ Why AI speeds up validation most — and what happens when it's confidently wrong at exactly the step you're relying on it to check
▸ The report that looks professional and is quietly wrong, and how a reader would ever know
▸ His claim of a 50% annual reduction in analytics and reporting costs — and where that number comes from
▸ Vendor lock-in: Excel → Power BI → Microsoft Fabric is one company's road. What does it cost to leave?
▸ What a Nigerian organisation has to solve that Toyota and Walmart never did — power, connectivity, data residency, skills retention, and cloud billed in dollars against naira revenue
▸ What success in Nigeria would look like in three years
Toks Shopeju holds a BSc in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is completing an MS in generative AI at the CUNY School of Professional Studies.
