#Designate_As_Per_Scale_BSNL It is beyond intellect that why an Executive in BSNL is being denied to work on the post at par with the Grade/Scale in which he/she is working. In other words, BSNL is made in forced crisis of Competent Officers at middle & senior level by this act.
