@QuintainLiving so much for being pet freindly, we have a tiny dog run in Ferrum which is allways dirty and smelly and now they put keep off the grass signs. What do I pay a pet licence for again?

@EatRealSnacks why so much space? Dont you think this should be looked at by putting more chips in the packet or reducing the packaging size!?

@EaterWriter Should be standard practice like corkage. £3pp is nothing I have worked in places where £7pp was charged or even the price of a dessert. People need to remember you make no money when they bring their own food and need to cover costs.

Can I please just be provided with a contact number for someone that can help and not just tell me “you need to reply to an email from an account that you dont have access to and the technical wont speak to you unless you reply to a link”

@JeffBezos @AmazonUK so again called amazon and again they have told me that nothing can be done. I am comstantly being told that somebody will call me back but nobody does. This is now entering week 4. All because the account is registered to an email address with an error

@AmazonHelp Your account assistants are unable to help because of the fact that I cannot access the email address. Their words were the will not return a call due to me not beable to click on a link. Its a catch 22 situation that needs to be escalated. Please give me an alternative??

@AmazonHelp Like I said in my previous tweets I have tried all of these numbers and nobody can help. They all come to the same outcome as stated in my initial tweet! Unbelievable that there is no way that one of you technical teams cannot just use my mobile number and call me.

@AmazonHelp There are no options in the drop down menu that would help me. All of those options have been exhausted and it always comes to the same outcome.

An email which is being sent to an email address that I do not have access to. 3 weeks of trying to sort this issue as nobody has contacted me back. Even the customer care agent has said there is no way to help then hung up on me.
