Hey @BootsUK complained via email 14 Aug. You have sent me 4 emails that say the EXACT same thing despite me emailing you back everytime saying it only addresses 1/3 of my issue. How do i escalate? Emailing complaints doesn't seem to be the way to get an issue sorted! #frustrated

@BootsUK - My wife sent back a faulty breast pump via Royal Mail to your selected address for returns - and @BootsUK are refusing a £180 refund !!! As you “cant find the parcel” even though we have picture evidence that it arrived correctly. DISGRACEFUL! Someone please sort!!

Went to Boots for first time in a couple of years (illness). Couldn't believe mainly self checkout. Found a nice lady at cash desk. She smiled at me - machines don't do that. @BootsUK

@BootsUK stood outside LGI boots with a hospital prescription that was supposed to open at 9am que of people waiting outside all obviously poorly the hospital prescription only let's you get it from here and it still closed at 9.15am and its freezing cold #bootspharmacy
