If a spot BTC ETF is on the horizon, a spot ETH ETF can’t be far behind. With the Hinman speech, the SEC FinHub framework, and judicial decisions in Ripple and Terraform, the case grows stronger each day that ETH is not a security, even if it was initially sold as one.

@Carlosdonovan_ @CryptoWendyO @MetaLawMan @Ripple @coinbase @binance It would have made sense to settle a long time ago so I don't really see a point now until after SJ because then the parties will have a strong understanding of how trial plays out. There's a good chance Torres is silent on XRP 2nd sales so SEC comfortable rolling the dice.
