having 10 lakhs to 2 crore turnover but are giving employment to 4 to 5 lakh peoples. Extension of CFSS is need of hour. Please do not turn companies fresh start scheme into companies full stop scheme.

large number of petions are pending before different NCLT benches. Order passed on or after 15th december, still reserved. Insertion of new director taking more than 1 month. Why Companies are being punished for the failure of MCA bodies. Majority of these are small companies

Number of Order of companies at across NCLT is reserved but not pronounced. The corporate sector will benefited if CFSS2020 got extended # CFSS 2020 @nsitharamanoffc @nsitharaman @ianuragthakur @PMOIndia @narendramodi

@PMOIndia Spiking coronavirus cases in various regions has created a deadlock in the compliance management of Companies. Some more relief from the government is need of hour. Request you to direct MCA for further extension of CFSS, 2020 and a further extension for Holding AGM.
