Your Lady Red Dragons brought home some more hardware at the Coal River Classic last night! They finished as meet runner-up with 77pts, while the boys finished 7th in team scoring. Shout out to the middle schoolers at Hayes – 1st place for the girls and 4th place for the boys!
The 4th Annual Coal River Classic is slated for this upcoming Wednesday, September 17th! We have over 40 teams and over 500 student athletes coming to join us at Meadowood Park! Grab your family and friends and come out and support your St. Albans Cross Country team! 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️

Congratulations to our girls team - The 2025 Irish Invitational MEET CHAMPIONS! 🏆 The girls took home 1st place yesterday with 42pts and the boys finished in 6th place with 128pts. We also had 7 Red Dragons in total medal, with 3 cracking the Top 7!

The Red Dragons had a strong showing this morning at the Huntington/Wayne Invitational to open up the 2025 XC season! 💪🏼 Our girls team finished 3rd, knocking off several higher ranked AAA and AAAA schools, and our boys team finished just outside of the Top 10 in 11th! 👏🏼

Shout out to Bethany Farry for bringing home hardware in ALL FOUR of her events this weekend! In addition to her 3rd place shuttle finish and 5th place 4x100 finish, she also finished 3rd in 300m hurdles (46.69) and 5th in 100m high hurdles (15.88)! 🥉🥉🏅🏅
Congratulations to our girls 4x100m relay team! They ran a new season best of 51.18 out of the first heat to secure 5th place, earning all-state honors! Way to go Alexis, Nevaeh, Lonnie, and Bethany! 🏅👏🏼
