Ripple will operate across every continent in the world and provide liquidity to the global financial system. Primarily the G7 absolutely every bank in the G7 will work hand in hand with Ripple. The XRP escrow has already been awarded to major central banks and clearinghouses such as the DTCC.
If you think this will happen after the Clarity Act is passed, you’re behind the times, my friend. This isn’t something that’s planned in two days it’s planned over decades of testing and trials.
