must be a joke. Beneficial owner of Fourthline is Rudolf Booker, exCEO of @payvision. Payvision processed thousands of binary options scam transactions s as well as other TOCs like Pornhub and now he fights online fraud. Everything is possible in Europe.

a Lenhoff victim committed suicide, hundreds of victims lost life savings and #Payvision/ING claims in court that the victims are to blame themselves. But for the annual report ING´s CEO pretends to be very much interested in the financial health of the European consumers.
