I have said this many times, And I will say it again, even though many of you will not listen: Widal Test is a SCAM. Waste of time. Waste of money. Any hospital always treating you for “malaria, typhoid and ulcer” is most likely a quack hospital. You can NOT make a true diagnosis of “ulcer” without a specialised stool test and specialised camera test into the stomach. IF you are repeatedly getting sick and everytime, what you are told is “typhoid and ulcer”, pls go to a teaching hospital and request to see a specialist. What is wrong is clearly not what they are treating. I will NOT be surprised if this man was misdiagnosed, wrongly treated and eventually died from wrong management. RIP to him.

@DrOlufunmilayo Nigeria medical system have sent a lot of people to early grave.once you go to the hospital and run a test, the next thing is “typhoid and malaria”.I Remember one time I fell ill during a visit and nearly died because of wrong diagnosis, thank God I left for proper medical Care.
@DrOlufunmilayo Even Our hospitals are Fake! Are we not in trouble like this?
If you have any issues with ulcers, gastritis or anything around the stomach, stop eating spicy food. STOP IT. Pepe is killing most people with this underlying issue. There is no virtue in eating hot Pepe. Pepe is not for ALL, even if it's your culture or you like it. Know your body and take out what it repels.
@DrOlufunmilayo I was wrongfully diagnosed by a doctor at Agbor General Hospital. He diagnosed me with a cyst, nd he said I would be operated on. A specialist came from Asaba, after examining me, he asked me to go for another scan. Later, UBTH discovered I had had cancer( hodgkin's lymphoma)
@DrOlufunmilayo Many of our specialists doctors have JAPAed. Only few good hospitals are left behind
My baby girl was almost operated on after a wrong diagnosis. I almost lost my wife to nurses' negligence. Whatever has to do with health really has to be handled with super care. There can be no excuse at all. Too many people are dying due to wrong diagnosis and misuse of medicine. Thank you for always educating us on these things. However, the messages need to reach the grassroots. Pastors and Imams must play their roles in it. Other local institutions and authorities too must do the needful. I pray God accepts his soul into the rank of the righteous believers and console everyone he left in this world. Āmīn.
@DrOlufunmilayo I would have been history too from wrong diagnosis. People need to learn to do more than one test from 2 or more hospitals especially for recurring ailment
