@ZARA_Care happen to me once in a store, they “processed the return” and one refunded item was missing. Guess what? The person “missed it” and item was refunded. But in a warehouse? Nothing that a client can do there

@ZARA_Care the lack of customer service my wife has received on a recent order is a joke. It’s unbelievable how little this rep cares about the customer for something so simple. She shops constantly at Zara and is asking for a replacement, after receiving a broken item TWICE
