🚨 मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस विशाल धगट ने पुलिस और शिकायतकर्ता, दोनों के व्यवहार पर सवाल उठाए। मामला रीवा में IPC की धारा 408 के तहत दर्ज FIR से जुड़ा था। याचिकाकर्ता ने आरोप लगाया कि पुलिस ने 26 दिनों तक उसकी शिकायत दर्ज नहीं की, परिवार को परेशान किया और मोबाइल से वीडियो सबूत भी डिलीट कर दिए। वहीं, पुलिस का कहना था कि वह पत्नी और अन्य लोगों के साथ फेसबुक लाइव करते हुए थाने पहुंचा था और वहां विरोध जताने के दौरान विवाद हुआ। सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस धगट ने स्पष्ट किया कि थाने में बहस या गुस्से में हुई कहासुनी किसी को अनावश्यक रूप से परेशान करने का बहाना नहीं बन सकती। अदालत ने आरोपी को ₹25,000 जमा करने की शर्त पर अग्रिम जमानत दे दी। यह राशि अंतिम फैसले तक FD में रखी जाएगी। साथ ही, उसे सात दिनों के भीतर जांच अधिकारी के सामने पेश होकर जांच में सहयोग करने का निर्देश दिया गया। — Credit: MP High Court
