A lot of business owners say customer service is their priority, but then, the reviews reflect otherwise.

Customer Experience is creating a system, where the customer gets their desire in an easy, and low-effort manner. #AfricanTelecommunications #CustomerExperience #CustomerService

If it requires the customer an extensive amount of effort. They're gone. #customerservice #Internetserviceproviders #Customerexperience

Always seek to make solving your customer's issue, effortless, and easy as possible.

Customers don't care how cool or fancy, your customer service system features are. They care more about how low-effort it is.

Don't overwhelm your customer, by providing a chatbox, email, phone service, self-service blog, etc. Make it a 1-2 easy system. Customers will appreciate it.

How do you make customer service easy? Create systems and automate tasks. #CustomerService #CustomerService

Repeat this mantra. Make, Customer, Service, Easy. #customerservice #CustomerExperience #internetserviceproviders

When in doubt. Keep it simple. #customerservice #CustomerExperience #Telecom
