Companies ranging from ecommerce platforms and online travel agencies to insurance marketplaces have started rethinking product pricing, customer engagement costs as well as bot verification techniques to manage AI agents that operate with a degree of autonomy, experts told ET.

The company plans to invest Rs 500 crore in its non-banking financial company JSW One Finance. It will use Rs 350 crore for technology and platform development and Rs 125 crore for marketing and brand-building through subsidiary JSW One Distribution.
