My view on the 9:00 to 10:30 AMD cycle. Three type of manipulation. 9:30 → the classic. Fast, aggressive, takes the HTF stops. 10:00 → after the news. A 5-minute raid. 10:30 → after a big London move. The range is still building. Same trap. Different clock.
My prep before 9:30. 5 minutes. 1. Previous day high & low 2. Midnight open 3. Any news? 4. Closest pool: buyside or sellside? 5. Write one line: IF it takes X, THEN I look for Y. No line written = no trade.
