He's right but football is an emotional sport don't say some things in public. Firat (RIP) once lectured us for demanding big results yet we've only (rightfully) qualified for AFCON once.

If Benni McCarthy already considers beating Bafana Bafana a “very impossible task” for @Harambee__Stars 😭 In some developed footballing countries, McCarthy would have been sacked as soon as he set foot at the airport after returning from international duty. #SportsRadar

🚨 José Mourinho on Manchester City verdict: “I’d rather have a bit of a laugh about it…”. “Being in my 60s, I’ll have to be lucky enough still to be here when the final verdict arrives”. “Now a ruling will come, then an appeal… I’ll be 80!”, Mourinho told @CorSport.

Who asked Benni McCarthy to win AFCON for us? Did he even win it with Bafana Bafana? We’re asking for better football, not miracles. Clueless, mahn. Sack Benni McCarthy

But do Kenyans think they can win the AFCON? I don’t think they do. Should a South African tell them that? It doesn’t matter. But should their national team coach say that? No. It’s stupid.

This coach wants out of the Kenya job but he doesn't want to resign - he wants to be fired. His comments are strange, and it's not the first time he has spoken so disrespectfully about his employers and the Kenyan federation.

I don’t care if he is right, you can’t say this as a coach, they must fire him. Broos had this same mentality with Bafana, constantly talking down on them.

🚨🇧🇯 Benin head coach Gernot Rohr has criticised Argentina after his players were unable to get photos with Lionel Messi or exchange shirts following his farewell match. 🗣️ “The only shame is that the Argentines gave us nothing. No photo with Messi, no shirt. They didn't even let us into the tunnel, nor even the dressing room.” “Security refused to let anyone in. We tried everything, but we got nothing.”

Worst @Harambee__Stars coach to ever be on the touchline. Even Firat knew how far he could go with his negative sentiments. McCarthy has even overseen our decline in the FIFA rankings, yet he still talks rubbish. And don’t forget how poorly Kenya plays at the moment.
