Photos taken by police inside Chris Benoit's house after he killed his wife and son before taking his own life. On June 25, 2007, police conducted a welfare check at the home of WWE wrestler Chris Benoit in Fayetteville, Georgia, after he missed an event without notice. Inside, they discovered the bodies of Benoit, his wife Nancy, and their 7-year-old son Daniel. Authorities found no additional suspects, determining that Benoit had committed the murders over a three-day period before taking his own life. Nancy had been bound before her death, and Daniel was drugged with Xanax and likely unconscious when Benoit strangled him. Benoit ultimately hanged himself using a lat pulldown machine.

Went up to visit my friends memorial last night. I do my best to visit him once a month, it’s a decent evening hiking and we put it at one of his favorite viewpoints too. We all have lost friends, we have all lost family. The harsh reality is that you can not save everyone, but you can remember them and do what you can to save as many as possible going forward.
