We were supposed to be on this flight. I have always trusted @easyJet but when the flight was finally cancelled after a delay & getting to the gate, there was no support other than "here's your baggage, go on the app". Many holidays ruined, lots of upset people & no help or care

@Southgloshead @BristolAirport @easyJet @BBCNews We were on the same flight, we're now driving to Southend to try & get a flight from there so we don't miss the wedding we were travelling out for. Speechless at the lack of customer service from @easyJet - when a flight is cancelled, you're really on your own apart from the app.

.@easyJet Aircraft G-EZBJ Airbus 319 is a bit of a heap of junk. - No APU, so limited ground power / no air con. - Engines had to be started externally due to no APU. - Fluid leaked from an engine causing concern and delay - fire engines circling the plane. - Long delays
@easyJet leaving us stranded in tenerife for 2 days just because it's the first available EASYJET fight for us (not even back to our airport) and then not sorting a transfer from LONDON to MANCHESTER nor to our allocated "overnight" accommodation of pretty poor.
@easyJet surely you can’t expect passengers to wait in the airport all day with a 8 hour delay? It says bag drop off and check in remains the same? I’d rather stay at the hotel!
