Me, need to get a refund from @Argos_Online . Help link virtual bot which was no help. Use their X help site DMs “hi welcome to our virtual assistant” (the same useless FAQ pointer as before) Also the typo on the virtual bot made me chuckle. AI isn’t taking us over quite yet.

@Argos_Online who do I speak to about an appliance i bought a few weeks ago that has been giving off a horrible smell since installation. Tried contact you but still waiting after 2 hours

@Argos_Online 3 hour long phone calls to advise missing item showing as “delivered” in your system, confirmed by your delivery man on ring doorbell… still no replacement!! Hours on live chat and phone over the last 2 weeks and still not received my little ones bed.

@Argos_Online I am absolutely disgusted in the way that i have been treat by argos! Order placed and delivery time arranged. Confirmation emails and texts received. No item arrived. Called customer services. Oh it will be here by 3pm. 6pm arrives. No phone call and no item.!

pre-ordered an iPhone 17 Pro from @Argos_Online. the package was scheduled to be delivered today by Yodel Inpost @InPostUK. the package has been stuck and not been delivered on the promised day. there was no point in pre ordering the bloody iphone @Apple

@Argos_Online I ordered an LG tv on the 7th August 2025. It was advertised with a free five warranty. Now your advisors are saying it's just a one year. That is false advertising. LG have informed me that a high volume of their callers have the same issue. @sainsburys

So much for your alleged customer service culture and commitment to quality. I am furious at this treatment and will no longer consider @JohnLewisRetail for future technology purchases. Beyond disappointed.

@JohnLewisRetail If you have a product recall, you should use social media to alert customers. There's nothing in your X account about the current recall
