#ThrowbackThursday A shot from inside Wamsutta- a hosiery mill start-up that began on Hwy 70 in Valdese in the old Pilgrim Hosiery Mill. The mill ended up going from having 10 employees to being one of the largest employers in Burke County!

I have suffered w/anxiety and depression for years. I've had weeks where I could barely get out of bed. With enough sleep, good diet, exercise, medicine, therapy, etc I mostly stay on my feet. I used to be ashamed and hide it. Please don't do that. Ask for help. Hang in there.❤️
